Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75! For International orders, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be on the checkout page, it depends on how many items you have in your cart.
Turnaround
Excluding Pre-Orders, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
Pre-Orders
Estimated shipping dates are provided for Pre-Orders. We will do our best to ship your pre-order before or on the estimated ship date, but please be aware the actual ship may be different due to production or shipping delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier. We will then update your order with the tracking information and email it over to you.
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our watches.
What does this Lifetime Warranty cover?
This Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
We will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us last a lifetime.
What does this Warranty not cover?
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
We want to ensure that you love the watches that you have purchased.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return brand new item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders over $50 USD. Please contact Customer Service at customersupport@seventeenth-watches.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
