I preordered this watch back in October as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was suppose to ship mid November, unfortunately it did not. No notice, no email, or call for the delay. Final 2 days before Christmas I reached out to them asking for an answer. Never got a real answer for a week or so. I work in the freight industry and understand shipments get delayed, especially due to COVID-19. But I would never have a shipment be delayed for ove 2 months without notifying my customer and explaining the situation. For something that long of a wait I would offer options to the customer/client. Other than the shipping and delayed Christmas gift. She is loves the watch
