Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. (domestic) orders—no minimum required.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your cart.
How long will my order take to ship?
All in-stock orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

What should I know about pre-orders?
Pre-order items will display an estimated shipping date on the product page.
We aim to ship by or before this date, but delays may occur due to production or transit issues.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your pre-order is fulfilled.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together when the full order is ready.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. Every Seventeenth watch comes with a Lifetime Warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
We will repair any qualifying issue at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
Note: Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer replacement watches.

What is your Return Policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return brand new, unworn item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Item must be in new condition with original packaging intact
Free returns for domestic orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping
