We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Seventeenth timepiece. That’s why every watch comes with a Lifetime Warranty—your time matters, and so does your peace of mind.

What does this Lifetime Warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the life of the watch.

What will we do to correct the problem?

If your watch experiences a covered issue, we will repair it at no charge, using new or refurbished parts as needed.
Please note: Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer replacements for watches.

How long does coverage last?

Our warranty coverage lasts a lifetime from the original date of purchase, as long as the watch is used and maintained under normal conditions.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse

Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)

Water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating

Modifications or repairs not performed by us
